Christians In The Workplace report

“Many of us spend much of our time in the workplace facing the challenges and opportunities for Christian witness.  In the midst of busy lives, and as possibly the only Christian we know in our work setting, it can be difficult to work out how best to apply and demonstrate our faith and talk about Jesus. So in late November Transform Southwark and City Hope Church held a support, networking, and prayer evening focusing on Christians in the workplace. A great evening was had. A Southwark police officer and someone recently awarded the ‘young banker of the year’ shared faith inspiring experiences and practical tips, issues were discussed, people discovered others from different Southwark churches facing similar challenges and prayed for each other. And there were many requests for more events like this… So, watch this space!”
